We have cooked a lot of food the last few days.
We had the privilege to cook for Elliott’s Fireworks and team again this year!
We also have the opportunity to cook for a long time friend this weekend for their 4th of July party.
We took a little break tonight to use the new Blackstone to make some smash burgers with Damn Yankee Texas BBQ seasoning, and they did not disappoint!

We had a great time at Frontier Days this weekend.
We pulled a 3rd place overall finish with a 1st and 2nd place bean, 2nd place chicken, 6th place ribs, and 6th place brisket.
Thank you Prairie Creek Ranch and Dogwood Blooms for great chicken and brisket! Thanks to Loot N’ B***y Bbq for making great rubs!
