Well, I’ve been a little quiet this past week… life happened AGAIN! 🤦‍♀️😂

I’ll fill y’all in Wednesday, but the good news is we’re all still in one piece!! 🙌❤️ And for that, I am incredibly thankful!

In the middle of all the chaos, I did manage to finish this table! 😍🇺🇸 “Freedom Isn’t Free” is headed to auction tomorrow in Chatsworth, GA!

With everything going on, I was in such a rush to get it out the door that I completely forgot to take finished pictures! 🤦‍♀️😂 Thankfully, I did snap this one of the tabletop!

I absolutely LOVE how the flag, horse, and all those textured layers came together! ❤️🤍💙

The good news? I DID get video! 🎥 So I’ll be sharing more of the process soon!

Sometimes life gets a little crazy, but the paint keeps flowing… even if it’s at a slightly slower pace! 😂❤️

What do y’all think of how the top turned out? 😍

🇺🇸 “Freedom Isn’t Free” is starting to come together! 🇺🇸

We’ve already worked on this gorgeous tabletop live, and tonight we’re moving on to the first layer of paint on the base! 🎨

I’m starting with Coffee Bean, Chocolate, Burlap… and probably a few more because this is definitely a just start painting and see where it takes us situation. 😂

I don’t have the entire finish planned out yet—and sometimes those turn out to be my favorite transformations! Come hang out and watch “Freedom Isn’t Free” evolve one layer at a time. ❤️🤍💙

Happy Tuesday and A little Paint Wisdom! 🎨💜

Painting isn’t always about creating the perfect piece. Sometimes the masterpiece is simply what happens while you’re creating it.

It’s the joy of making something with your own hands. The freedom to express yourself without rules. An outlet for emotions that are sometimes just too big for words. And, maybe best of all, the memories we get to paint right alongside it. ❤️

That big sunshine started with her little hand and footprints when she was 2 years old. ☀️👣 She just turned 6, looked at her old artwork and apparently decided, “This needs a face.” 😂 So a face it got! And since this picture, she’s added her name in pink and purple too. 💜

Four years later, the painting is still growing right along with her.

That’s the beautiful thing about art—it doesn’t have to be perfect to be priceless. 🎨

Happy Tuesday, friends! Go make something that makes you smile. ❤️

A friend sent this to me, and I felt like I needed to share it. ❤️

I needed this reminder today. Maybe you do too.
Sometimes life gets loud, heavy, and overwhelming, and then God sends a simple reminder right when we need it most:

“I have called you by name; you are Mine.” — Isaiah 43:1 🙏

He knows your name. He sees you. And you are His. ❤️

From “what am I doing?!” to THIS. 😍🦋

Those crazy first layers are where the magic starts! A little layering, blending, texture and trust in the process brought Butterfly Reverie to life.

✨ The finished table is available!
🦋 The Butterfly paper is available too!

A little peek at what arrived last night and what’s coming up next week! 👀

This beautiful lady belonged to my client’s grandmother, which makes this makeover extra special. ❤️

We’re giving the outside an elegant black and gold transformation, but when you open those doors… we’re going to have a little fun! 😍 Think whimsical, bold, and a touch of Mackenzie-Childs-inspired flair on the inside doors.

I absolutely love getting to transform pieces that hold so many memories. I can’t wait to bring her vision to life while honoring the history of this beautiful piece. Stay tuned—this one is going to be FUN! 🙌

Been working all day, but I’m FINALLY getting around to the fun part… PAINT! 🙌

Thought I’d give y’all a little peek at where we ended last night’s live. 👀🐴🇺🇸 This one is definitely starting to come together, and I’m loving that timeworn feel! ❤️

Now… to paint! 🎨👩‍🎨❤️
