When it comes to complex overhead installations, precision ex*****on is everything.

For this project, our Blindtek team had the pleasure of collaborating with Specialized Shading Systems to install these “meet-in-the-middle” horizontal Roman shading systems for four skylight bays, each spanning an impressive 34-feet.

To ensure smooth, uniform operation over such expansive spans, these shades were developed around the 6700 skylight system from Goelst International. Known as the gold standard for covering overhead glass, the 6700 features powerful duo-motor tensioning and heavy-duty aluminum tracks. Engineered for openings up to 82 feet long, this technology delivers whisper-quiet, automated light control without compromising the grand architectural views.

It takes true collaboration to bring high-end architectural concepts off the drawing board and into reality. Huge thanks to Specialized Shading Systems for another outstanding custom fabrication! 🛠️
