I know I'm always talking about using “No.” as a full sentence (and you should!), but today I want to flip that around. Sometimes living authentically means saying YES to the stuff that excites you—even if it feels a little wild or out of your comfort zone.

The other night I watched this interview with the Cadillac F1 team boss Graeme Lowdon and honestly, I just really vibed with his whole approach to leadership and the direction the team’s headed, it got me thinking.. I'm a big fan of F1 and I mean, it would be a really freaking cool opportunity to be part of something like this from the beginning... well, the more publicly aware beginning anyway.

So even though I’ve never worked in motorsport, nor am I an engineer, I said "f**k it". There's so much more that goes into a team, why not? I sent in my resume, registered my interest, and let myself dream a little—even though it’s scary and who knows if anything will come of it, just following that excitement felt like a win. 🤙

So here’s my challenge for you:
What’s one thing you can say YES to today, just because it lights you up? It doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else but it does have to bring you a sense of excitement and curiosity.

Because that’s how I felt—a few weeks ago, I woke up lonely and tired of being the only one reaching out, checking in, and making others feel seen.

So I decided to pour that energy into myself.

This isn’t just a post; it’s a piece of my soul that I’m finally ready to share with you.
After pouring so much time, energy and love into my candle business, I was feeling a pull in my heart that I couldn't ignore any longer but needed time and space to fully work out.
It's time for a new chapter, one that feels deeply aligned with who I am and what I want to bring to this world.

I’m stepping out of hermit mode and into my purpose as an Authenticity Coach. My mission? To create a safe, judgment-free space where we can take off the masks we’ve worn for too long and rediscover the raw, beautiful truth of who we really are.

This shift didn’t come overnight. It came from years of unlearning, healing, and realizing that trying to be someone else's version of "enough" or "appropriate" isn’t the goal. Being real is. Finding MY peace, MY joy and MY truth is. And now I want to walk alongside you in that same transformation.

✨ If you’ve felt the weight of hiding or the ache to reconnect with your true self, I see you. You are not alone.
✨ If you’re ready to unmask, rewrite your story, and step into the light of your truth, this is your sign to give yourself that permission.
