There is a reason they say “follow “your intuition. It’s a guide, not a solution.

The next time you’re faced with a decision, before you think it through, pause.

Close your eyes and ask yourself these questions

1) what would I do if no one was watching?

2) what choice feels like mine at a soul level?

That first instinctive answer, before doubt creeps in, is your answer. That’s your intuition leading the way.

Trust it just this one time. You might be surprised at what you find.

You’re not stuck, you’re simply not listening.

Your intuition, that first sense of what to do hits, you quickly go into your mind.
The problem with that is your mind will take you into the abyss of limiting beliefs.

Quiet the external noise, center yourself in the present moment and allow yourself to trust what you already know.

The mind doesn’t search for answers. It searches for what’s familiar.

It will loop back to the same self limiting beliefs, the same stories, the same dead ends, and call it thinking.
The answers you’re looking for aren’t found in that loop.
They’re found when you get quiet enough to feel your truth. Intuition is felt not heard.

The first “sense” you felt, before all the thinking started is the answer.

The next time your mind starts looping, stop. Put your hands on your chest. Take a few deep breaths.

Your body needs to feel safe. Notice what you feel, not what you think. That’s where your answers live.
