We recently worked on a Wounded Warrior Project farm house. These floors were from the 1800s and still in good shape they turned out so nice after the refinish! (They're very shiny because the last photos were taken before it was dry. 🙂)

Here's how we show our customers samples of their stain choices to pick from. We put the sample colors down right on floor so they know exactly what they're getting in the final results to ensure they're happy with their color choice. We simply sand it back off before the staining process.

Before and after pics of a recent refinish. These red oak floors were covered in very old worn out carpet. There was a lot of "surprise" stains when we lifted the carpets. We got lucky on this one as they almost all sanded out. We only had to replace 3 small boards in the entire house due to the black not sanding out. The finished floors are natural red oak with satin finish.
