Hi I'm Brittany Schnapp, the owner of High on the Hog Custom Meats. We are the closest USDA inspected slaughter to fully cooked processing facility to St. Louis! I thought I would take a minute and introduce our family to you! My husband, Ben, is our plant operator/butcher and the guy who made all of my dreams of opening a farm to table butcher shop come true. We will be having a Cigarbox Guitar club meeting this Saturday at 21 rock hopefully we will see a few of our club members there. Show up at noon bring what you got to play.
