Another seamless hardwood flooring project completed 👌🏻

In this home, we installed new hardwood flooring in the bedroom, carefully matching the existing species, board width, and grade so it blended naturally with the rest of the house. Once the install was complete, we sanded and refinished all of the floors together to create a consistent, flowing look throughout the space.

Finish: Bona Traffic HD

The result is a smooth, durable finish with rich, natural color and a perfect match from room to room!

Here’s a look at a patterned entry we completed a while back! We stopped by recently to grab updated photos now that the walls are painted and the baseboards are installed — and WOW, what a difference.

It’s amazing how much the wall color can transform the look of a floor. The fresh white walls make this custom pattern pop and brighten up the entire space, really highlighting the contrast and detail in the wood.

Jordan has been part of the Luminous team for a year and a half and has quickly become a valuable member of our crew. He started as an entry-level installer and now runs his own jobsites as a Project Lead. He has a great attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work.

When he’s not on the job, you can find him outdoors fishing, hiking, camping, or working on cars and trucks.

We took 2¼” Red Oak, cut it down to 16” pieces, rerouted each board ourselves, and installed it in this stunning herringbone pattern. After sanding and finishing, the customers chose Bona Natural Seal for a clean, timeless look — and it turned out absolutely beautiful!

Meet the Team: Daniel Bischoff

Daniel has been a vital part of our team for the past 10 years and now serves as our Project Estimator. For many of our customers, he’s the first face they meet — helping turn their vision into a detailed plan before our crews bring it to life.

With over 20 years in the flooring industry, Daniel’s experience and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, floating, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and his grandkids!

We’re thankful to have Daniel representing our team and setting every project up for success!
