Holiday Production Schedule 2026

As the holidays approach, everyone is concerned about receiving product in time for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year. We have created timelines to help you plan.

Note that these deadlines refer to the average sized project or order. Very large orders cannot be guaranteed.

Thanksgiving Required Projects:
* To be SHIPPED by November 16th: Final approved order, pre-payment or deposit, and all fabric/trim/COM Items must be in house by September 4th (Friday).
* To be PICKED UP by November 20th: Final approved order, pre-payment or deposit, and all fabric/trim/COM Items must be in house by September 11th (Friday).

Christmas or New Year's Day Projects:
* To be SHIPPED by December 14th: Final approved order, pre-payment or deposit, and all fabric/trim/COM Items must be in house by October 2nd (Friday).
* To be PICKED UP by December 18th: Final approved order, pre-payment or deposit, and all fabric/trim/COM items must be in house by October 9th (Friday).

Failure to order as referenced above could result in missed holiday completion or, only when pre-approved, rush fees of 25% or hot rush fees of 50%.

Paramount Fabrics Workroom Lead Times

Paramount Fabrics' lead times for products made in our custom workroom are as follows and are expected to be last through the rest of the summer; however, they can change unexpectedly due to the volume of incoming orders. Please verify if you need specific turn-around time.

Roman Shades - Most Styles (except for those made with difficult and sheer or casement fabrics): 10-12 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), 
and receipt of all fabrics, trims, and special headrails/motors, etc., templates, and 50% deposit.

Draperies - Most Styles (except those made with stretchy fabrics which may require additional time to hang.): 10-12 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), and receipt of all fabrics, trims, and grommets, snap tape, etc., templates, and 50% deposit.

Valances - Most Styles: 6-8 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), and receipt of all fabrics and trims or decorative additions, templates, and 50% deposit.

Cushions - Most Styles: 6-8 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), and receipt of all fabrics and trims, templates, and 50% deposit.

Pillows - Most Styles: 6-8 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), and receipt of all fabrics and trims (and fills, decorative elements, etc.), templates, and 50% deposit.

Cornices - Most Styles: 4-6 weeks from approval of final order (e.g. final measurements), and receipt of all fabrics, trims or buttons/nail-heads and etc., templates, and 50% deposit.
