A blank slate! I still have one day left to fill some nail holes, touch up paint and a little more cleaning, but basically done! 🙌
This has been a journey, but no regrets! We are so proud of how this historic building turned out and we know it will continue to bless other people for many years. We never dreamed it would sell so quickly and I know of 3 more people that were also wanting it if it fell through. That is very humbling to us and we are thankful to each and every person who had a hand in bringing it back to its glory!
Our goal was to restore it and save as much history as possible, but also to update it. The appraiser just kept saying “You did it right” and that made me very happy! I would like to thank the community and city for their amazing support and a big thank you to Mark and Dolores Coble for selling us this building and trusting us to restore it and do it right! I will always be grateful for the opportunity!
