Replacement Wooden Bed Rails One Pair (left & right) 76", 80", 82" or 86"L x 6 3/4"W x 7/8"D finished Hooks protrude 1" out of ends The cleat is 1-1/4" x 7/8" thickness hardwood Face of bed rails is MAPLE LAMINATED HARDWOOD & DETAILS Bed rails are made of laminated engineered wood, 7 layers of wood, layers are compressed in a heated glued process creating a strong bond. Bed rails are top edge banded in maple, fully sanded with trimmed smooth edges. The cleats are machined, pre-drilled, glued and fastened with 9) #8 x 1-1/2" screws per rail. The end hooks are installed with our patented machine process. Bed rails are fully sanded and finished. Back of rail and cleat has basic stain color. Please note: bed rails must be installed with center supports. Print off Hook Template Weight: 27.0 lbs
