Caitlin Morehouse is a professional interior designer with education and experience in the field. She has worked on projects ranging from luxury model homes, to custom drapery and bedding design, to serving as Gallery Director of the former Avery Gallery in Linville, NC. Additionally, she has worked one-on-one with many private clients. Caitlin grew up in New Orleans, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Economics (with a minor in Visual Art) from Loyola University New Orleans. She then lived in Florida, where she earned an Associate's degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology, Tampa. With roots in Western North Carolina dating back to the 1840's, Caitlin relocated to be near her grandfather's clan in 2009. Since then, she has immersed herself in the rich landscape of Appalachian fine arts and crafts. Together with her keen skills as an interior designer, Caitlin is apt at creating interiors that are unique, functional, and decidedly artful.
