For this project we took an unfinished basement in the Biltmore Lake area and transformed it into a one bedroom oasis with a full bathroom, kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite countertop, and a large living room. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living and kitchen areas brings a warm feel to the space while 12 x 24 inch porcelain tiles provide the foundation for the bathroom and carpeting finishes the stairs.
