Once again my Pampered Chef Deluxe Griddle and Grill has saved me. I have decided to leave this one in my office. Now I can simply stock some food in the refrigerator at work and I no longer have to worry about packing a lunch, ordering something if I forget, or making sure I get breakfast even when I don't have time to make it at home.

Due to car problems, I was stuck at work until my friend could get off work at 11:30 p.m. and drive over an hour and 30 minutes to get me. So, what do you do when you are stuck in the office for so long? Fix dinner!! My Pampered Chef Griddle and Grill saved me from having to order food, which meant spending money I really didn't have to spend or waiting til 3:30 a.m., which is when I got home, to eat. But a couple days ago, my son suggested taking our Pampered Chef Griddle and Grill to the office to see how it would do. He loaded up 3 cheeses, the Pampered Chef cheese grater and some bread as well. And, well, here are the results. A 3 cheese grilled cheese panini. Don't those look so good??? The Griddle and Grill was so easy to use, the paninis were so easy and quick to make. I would have made a video but my phone was dead. 😭 I'm so happy I have this thing. It is a game changer.

Here's how easy it is to make homemade peanut butter using the Pampered Chef Deluxe Cooking Blender. 3 ingredients, 2 minutes 20 seconds, 1 - 12 oz jar and 1 overnight in the refrigerator = great tasting peanut butter costing approximately $3.00.

Using our new Deluxe Cooking Blender, I talked Brayden through making his first jar of homemade peanut butter, using just salt, peanuts, and a little sugar (just for a little sweetness). He was so impressed with how easy it was and it took less than 3 minutes. We will be posting videos the next time we make a jar. We will also be making strawberry and grape jam.

All you have to do is invite your friends to a fb group I create and have fun interacting with them. January is DOUBLE FREE SHOPPING for hosts and a great time for meal prepping for the New Year.
