Had to take a break from woodworking to check out Mary's hammock that was delivered today. Its raining so of course we set it up in the house. 😂 We both rolled right out of it a couple times! 🌴😊👍💤

We are so excited to be bringing back Hometown Finds 🤍

We’re kicking it off with a special weekend featuring two local businesses and extended pop-up hours, and it feels like the perfect way to celebrate community.

Here’s what’s happening:

✨ Friday, April 24 | 4-8 PM
We’ll be open for a special evening pop-up with a tulip bar provided by Star Meadows Flower Farm. You’ll be able to shop fresh tulips and build your own bouquet, such a fun, simple way to treat yourself or someone else.

✨ Saturday | 9AM–4PM
We’ll continue the tulip bar and welcome JDC Wood into the shop. They’ll be showcasing beautiful, handcrafted pieces for your home, yard, and everyday spaces.

And because we love making things feel a little extra special… we’ll have swag bags put together as a thank you for stopping in during this weekend as we highlight these amazing local businesses.

Being the wife of a woodworker isn't easy. This morning a distressing text prompted me to run out to the shop to find the leftovers of a small explosion and fire. I'm happy to report that while everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is covered in sawdust, Dan and the shop are fine. 🔥 👨‍🚒
