Following on from the recent series of successful events with SPOONS Cambodia Organization Chef Outta Water is excited to again be a supporter of the Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb 23-27 September.

Chef Outta Water Associate Chef Judyta Slupnicki from SheChef and Slow Food South Australia will be undertaking a cooking demonstration at the Clare High School with Rosa Matto and also the guest chef with Chef Doogal and the team at Flinders Food Co.

Congratulations it was an honor to work with 2 inspiring leaders Sophany Mao and Chef Kimsan Pol of the Cambodian Culinary scene. Could not have been a better launch of the SPOONS Cambodia Organization International Alumni Exchange program and follows Chef Chris Holen signing the MoU with SPOONS earlier this year. Thanks to Chef Outta Water Associates Judyta Slupnicki and Michael Brine who were supported by the Australian Volunteers Program
