Office / Store Front Full-Time Position:

We are accepting applications for a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Duties include:
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling service and installation appointments using a computer based program
• Greeting and helping store customers
• Check emails on a regular basis and respond accordingly
• Using Quickbooks on a daily basis; billing customer s and receiving payments
• Prepare estimates for job proposals
• Prep for future installations; ordering, permitting, and tracking
• Keeping accurate record of documents
• Filing paper files

Ideal candidate:
• 1 – 2 years using Quickbooks
• 1 – 2 years customer service
• 1 – 2 years Microsoft Office / Excel
• 1 – 2 years of general office environment
