What is Bookw0rm Quilts?

I’ve been quilting since 2003 or so. I’m entirely self-taught, but got into the hobby because my grandmother was a quilter. I vastly prefer patchwork to applique. I mostly make quilts for friends and family, but I’ve finally gotten to the point where I have a backlog of quilts with no intended recipients. I’d like to share my creations with you; everything posted is available for purchase.

All of my quilts are made on a 1936 Singer Sewing machine (or a slightly newer Featherweight). This means no fancy stitches; just a straight stitch. I do have a cat, so cat hair is a bonus. (If allergies are an issue, a wash will eliminate dander.)

Handmade with love. I participate in some sewing challenges, so I made a wide variety of types and styles of quilts, although I prefer lap-size quilts. Each takes about a month to make, so there will be new offerings on a regular basis.
