Athens Animal Services is looking for information on this dog and/or her owner(s). She was seen being dumped in Athens yesterday by a black male and a white female driving a red Chrysler. If you recognize this dog, or have any information, please let us know. The dumping of dogs has become rampant in our City and County, and we must try to stop this from repeating itself. It is illegal to dump pets, and we must start holding people accountable for their actions.
