Starting to feel real: drywall is up and the new layout is finally coming together. After months of framing and construction chaos, seeing the rooms take shape feels like a huge milestone 🤍✨

The walls are down … now the transformation begins. A Sandy Springs renovation:

1. Walls removed to create one open-concept living space.

2. Opening the ceiling to install new LVLs for structural support.

3. Looking from the kitchen into the future living room. The old hallway was absorbed into the new primary suite.

4. The layout stays, but a new cased opening and wallpaper will completely transform the feel.

5. Demo complete and ready for framing the new primary bath and closet.

6. The design drove the engineering: HVAC moved into the floor, and the hot water piping was redesigned to free up this wall for the primary vanity.

7. The old tub/shower created walls that visually divided the vanity and toilet. The new layout opens everything up.

8. Painted wallpaper and old wainscoting came out, giving this guest bedroom a fresh start.
