There’s nothing like seeing your work through a lens that actually gets it. Designing a space is one thing — photographing it so the warmth, texture, and intention come through is an art of its own. The real estate photos never quite did justice to Metro at Clearview. But Marc and Kyle? They nailed every corner. Swooning. 😍 Marc Mauldin Kyle Gordon

A little local flavor goes a long way. We love pulling cues from the places around us to create amenity spaces that feel less “amenity” and more favorite neighborhood hangout. Come in, grab a seat, stay awhile. ✨

Every morning begins with a first impression.

The question isn’t whether a space is beautiful.

It’s whether it makes you want to linger.

That’s the kind of design we chase.

Luxury residential design has spent years chasing the visible.

The next chapter is about the invisible.

Not the finish. The feeling.
Not the statement. The experience.
Not what impresses guests for five minutes—but what enriches life every day.

That’s why the future of luxury residential design looks a lot like hospitality.

The best hospitality environments are designed around how people move, gather, unwind, and connect. We bring that same thinking into the home—creating spaces that feel intuitive, effortless, and deeply personal.

At TSD, we believe true luxury isn’t measured by what fills a room.

It’s measured by how a room makes you feel when you walk into it.
