But seriously, it was 88 degrees here today 🥵

It is October 14th, I should be in a sweater sipping red w**e by the firepit

Thankfully we finally cool off on Saturday - supposedly! 🤞

How’s the weather where you live?!

It is time for fall gardening in zone 8A! 🍁🥬

I had a pretty successful first year vegetable garden with lots of peppers, tomatoes, basil and I even harvested FIVE okra in October!

So I put into ChatGPT what I could grow in the fall in zone 8A and it suggested lettuce! 🥬🥬

So I added spinach, kale, several types of leafy lettuce and rainbow chard. I can’t wait to see them bloom and be able to garden into the fall and winter!

If you have a fall garden, what all do you add?

Happy gotcha day to Franklin!! 🐾🐾

Franklin is an 8 week old English mastiff, he was born August 12. Ellie thinks he’s the coolest little brother ever. He can currently walk underneath it…which won’t last long 🤣

Our home is full of puppy paws again, just the way we like it! 🖤

Also, Ellie’s face in our first family photo kills me. Hahaha! She was over me taking so many photos! 😂

My feed is usually full of DIY projects vs. personal photos but none of that would possible without this man! He is always down for a DIY project or completely redoing a room in our home.

We’re celebrating 7️⃣ years married today and I pray every woman gets to marry a man like Alex! Love you so much babe and I’m so thankful for this incredible life we’re building together ♥️

The answer to how do you get a busy birdfeeder is the suet cakes and nuggets from C&S Suet 🐦‍⬛

The cakes are packed with healthy energy and the nuggets DO NOT MELT. Which is so important here in the south!

If you’re looking to have a busy yard of birds, highly recommend the C&S Suet!

National Cabernet Day is just around the corner - this Thursday, September 3rd! 🍷

The best way to celebrate such a fun day is with a good glass of w**e (in a skinny stem, of course!) and a chat session with a friend. 👩🏼‍🐰‍👩🏻

The J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon is a go-to bottle of w**e for me at home. I love the dark fruit notes and how smooth it is. Save this video and run out to grab a bottle before Thursday!
