Another extraordinary highlight of the Dior: Crafting Fashion exhibition at SCADFASH in Atlanta is the gallery dedicated to Lady Dior handbags reimagined by American artists. Each piece is completely one-of-a-kind, showcasing an incredible fusion of color, texture, craftsmanship, and imagination. The room is a breathtaking celebration of creativity...a single iconic design becomes a canvas for countless artistic interpretations.

Originally designed for Princess Diana and later named the Lady Dior in her honor, this timeless handbag has evolved into a symbol of elegance, artistry, and innovation. This room was a stunning reminder of how fashion and art continually influence one another.

I am inspired by many things and I absolutely adore fashion! Especially when it's very architectural in its lines, angles, colors, and textures. Have you been to see the Dior Crafting Fashion exhibit at SCADFASH in Atlanta? If not, I highly recommend you visit this exhibit, it is extraordinary!

The fact that Christian Dior once dreamed of becoming an architect feels like a key to understanding his work. The silhouettes, proportions, structure, and spatial relationships in many Dior designs often feel as though they were conceived with an architect's eye and a couturier's hand.

This exhibit features more than 100 of Dior's historic pieces designed over the years. The exhibit reveals how a great fashion house evolves over the years with different Creative Directors. Each designer speaks a different visual language, yet the underlying themes of structure, elegance, and craftsmanship remain recognizable.

Here’s a sneak peek of a project in progress!

We’re currently working with an amazing client on interior design updates for his home in Atlanta. This view of the living room highlights a beautiful painting that was already part of his collection and served as inspiration for the space.

As part of the redesign, we relocated the artwork to a new focal wall and then curated furnishings, lighting, and accessories to complement it. By building the design around pieces the client already owned and loved, we were able to create a refreshed, cohesive living space that feels both elegant and refined.

We can’t wait to share more as this project comes together!

It’s always fun tile shopping for our projects!

We recently explored these options for a primary bathroom renovation, helping our client bring his vision of a spa-like retreat to life. The goal is to create an elegant, calming space where he can unwind and relax at home.

The design palette centers on timeless black and white tones, layered with subtle hints of gray to add depth, texture, and sophistication. We're excited to see these selections come together and transform the space into a serene, luxurious bathroom experience.

Check out these photos of a neighborhood pool clubhouse we recently completed in collaboration with Moeller Purcell Construction Company.

We’re thrilled with how this project came together. To create a warm, inviting aesthetic, we paired natural wood accents with concrete block construction, which was used for the building’s more utilitarian spaces.

The client’s vision called for an enclosed facility housing locker rooms, showers, restrooms, a snack bar, and storage areas. We complemented these essential functions with an expansive covered gathering space designed to bring the community together.

Completed just in time for summer, this new clubhouse is ready to serve residents throughout the pool season and beyond.

Looking back to 2016, one of our rewarding projects was the transformation of an existing dental office building in Alpharetta, GA. Our clients envisioned something entirely different for the building, a dynamic space that would foster both creativity and athletic development.

The project involved renovating and expanding the existing structure to accommodate a creative arts studio and pottery café, while also incorporating a new indoor soccer training facility for A+ Sports. Bringing these two distinct uses together required thoughtful planning, innovative design, and seamless integration.

The result was a unique facility that successfully combined two very different building types into one cohesive destination, serving both the local arts community and aspiring athletes. It's a project we're still proud to look back on today.
