Luxury isn’t created by choosing the most expensive faucet.

It’s created by making the right choice for every space.

For this custom home, I selected plumbing fixtures for 8 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, 3 kitchens, 2 wet bars and a custom dog wash station—carefully curating finishes, shower systems, faucets, and hardware so each room has its own personality while the entire home feels cohesive.

This is where thoughtful interior design makes the difference. Every finish, texture, and fixture contributes to the overall experience of the home.

One design. Two possibilities.

Instead of ending the kitchen with a sharp corner, I introduced a seamless curved transition that flows directly into the wet bar. Paired with fluted detailing and bold Portoro Gold marble, the intention was to unify both spaces into one continuous architectural statement rather than two separate areas.

Now I’m considering one final detail…

This modern Japanese restaurant is full of details that make a space memorable: layered lighting, rich textures, bold artwork, balanced materials, and an atmosphere that tells a story.
