The Southfield Birney K-8 School renovation is now in its final phase, with dynamic learning environments designed to inspire students and support educators as they focus on both academic excellence and artistic expression. These photos reflect the collaboration, problem solving, and creativity that guided the project from early planning through construction.

We look forward to welcoming everyone into the completed spaces soon.

A familiar building is transforming for the next generation of learners at New Haven Community Schools.

Construction continues at E.F. Siefert Elementary School, where the new main entrance canopy and classroom windows are creating a welcoming, modern look while respecting the building’s history. Next up: glazing, interior finishes, and work on the new bus loop.

We were grateful to attend the groundbreaking for CENTRAL LAKE PUBLIC SCHOOLS alongside Moore Trosper, IGNYTE DESIGN, Shymanski & Associates, L.L.C., and Spalding DeDecker.

The program was made even more meaningful by the elementary students holding handmade “Thank You” signs they had created for the occasion. We look forward to seeing this project come to life for the students, staff, and community.

French was proud to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new Explorer Elementary with Williamston Community Schools.

As the flagship project of the district’s August 2024 bond proposal, this milestone marks an exciting step forward for students, staff, families, and the greater Williamston community. The ceremony was especially meaningful with current students and staff in attendance, a banner featuring student handprints, and student representatives from each classroom taking part in their own groundbreaking moment.

The new Explorer Elementary is scheduled to open in fall 2027 and will include new classrooms, a new office, a new gymnasium, improved arrival and dismissal circulation, and new soccer fields.

We are grateful to be part of a project that will support learning, connection, and community for years to come.

Bond planning is about more than buildings. It is about listening, learning, and helping communities imagine what is possible for their students, staff, and families.

Today, several districts we have been proud to work with will have bond proposals before their communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to support their planning efforts and remain committed to helping districts create spaces that serve students today and into the future.
