FXI - Auburn, IN Site proudly celebrated an incredible milestone — 495 days without a recordable incident! This achievement not only set a new record for our Auburn plant, but it also helped FXI surpass a company-wide safety goal. This milestone reflects the hard work and commitment of our entire team. We appreciate everyone’s efforts in making this possible.

During the month of December, FXI Auburn had our 2nd annual month-long “Erase the School Lunch Debt”. This is an initiative to help our three local school districts eliminate their negative lunch balances. We began the month with a bake sale, followed by a two-week silent auction, and ended with a manager’s pie in-the-face. We were able to make a large impact at each school district. Great job FXI team, and way to make a difference in our community.

FXI celebrated our 2023 Diamond Awards this week and a few of our Auburn team members were spotlighted! Ed Herran, Julia Dunn, and Chuck Clemens were recognized with a 2023 High Performing Team award for their excellent efforts in helping launch a new product. Brandon Heiges was recognized as the recipient of the 2023 Community Service award. Great job Auburn team!

This past weekend was a great one for FXI - Auburn, IN Site. Saturday, we had a great turn out for the Dekalb YMCA 5k walk/run. Sunday, we had an amazing afternoon company picnic at the Fort Wayne TinCaps!
