White River at Roegner Park behind Auburn Riverside High School. This is at the bottom of our hill. Our favorite spots to hangout by the riverbank in the summer are where you can see the tree line end. Usually the water near the trail is at least 5’ lower — there’s a drop off with trails through the brush to the bank. The water would be over our heads right there by the bench.

We celebrated Molly’s 40th birthday in the most epic and awesome way — a parents-only trip to Disneyland! We had so much fun, walked 10 miles a day, went on tons rides, got rescued from a ride (Rise of the Resistance broke down midway through and we had to be rescued and taken behind the scenes to exit!), ate some great food, walked some more, got soaked on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and arrived home totally exhausted but very happy. Since kids had just gone back to school, the lines were super short and we walked right on to many of them. The Halloween decorations were so cool. All in all 10/10 would recommend. We really needed that. ❤️👏🥰

Custom Dragon mug for a birthday! This was my first shot at trying animals, so it was way outside of my comfort zone, but we made it work! ❤️🐉
