I haven't posted much lately. May and June have been a whirlwind. My father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, and with no time to catch our breath, we prepared for our son's high school graduation and his birthday. Bittersweet. We took a family trip to Chicago, making memories and savoring time together. 
Back at home, I'm getting back to a routine and it feels good to get my hands on piece of furniture. Work in progress: petite Swedish modern chest of drawers from the 1950s.
