The old saying is “Work smarter not harder.” Had to make these two simple catches that could have easily been done manually on the Bridgeport out of some stock bar. Didn’t have any bar stock so decided to use the Mach200 to cut out some blocks from some 1.25” aluminum plate. Then with the help of Fusion 360 to draw and program them for CNC machining in the VF-2 to quickly and effectively machine them perfectly in no time at all. Then dropped them off .performance.coatings to get a killer finish.

The Mach 200 made quick and ultra clean work of this 5/8” 304 Stainless plate. The finish achieved from waterjet cutting is smooth and requires no post process. The benefits of waterjet cutting is there is no HAZ since there is no input of heat into the materials. Contact us if you have parts to cut. Capabilities are ANY material up to 6” thick.

Huge upgrade to this EDC setup. Just added the from the crew over to this ***kinc Model 43 also outfitted with +2 magazine base pads loaded with some 124grain HST HP’s. Along side with a killer Praetorian from and a Impromptu pen just in case.

Not paying attention costs lots of money. makes some of the best machines on the planet and not less than a week after being onsite with them I pull this JA move ***ss. Feature Friday. Tons of custom metal doors for this Pacific heights residence. Special thanks to .performance.coatings for the killer powder coating job. All the bathrooms have starfire glass and all the other doors and walls are prismatic glass. Designed, fabricated and install including the glass by us. Special note all sliding doors have a custom made track system designed in house to eliminate the need for a lower track or roller wheel. Total of 18 door units.
