After having some time to regroup after a whirlwind week last week, we want to take a moment to acknowledge a few humans that made a last minute venue change go as smoothly as it possibly could.
Saturday night was our 1 year anniversary and it went off without a hitch....after realizing we weren't going to be able accommodate everyone here at the store safely, Mel Randall and the amazing staff at Edge Nightclub stepped up and gave us the venue and space we needed...and we could not be more grateful. Michael Barnard Jenkins seriously out did himself with an amazing 12ft charcuterie table that was absolutely phenomenal. Carla Cox and her cast brought their A game with an amazing show. And of course there was all of YOU! Without our community there is no 5 Moons, so we are so very blessed to have each and everyone of you.
A few special thank yous ... Jake Richman and Moth & Magpie Tattoo Studio ...you have given us a home, support, and hours of decorating assistance...we appreciate you all beyond words.
Doc H. St Martin ....You've been here the entire way...through Pride and in the last week you came and listened to my hair brained decorating ideas and then helped me implement them with the patience of a saint...thank you.
Edward Brooks ....so many trips up and down the ladder with a general idea from an exhausted human, and it came out beautifully. Thank you.
Christ Lohmeyer and Maria Maria ....your love and support has meant the world to us and we're blessed to have you. 🖤
Matthew K. Bell thank you for your undying, sassy support and for letting me take your wife on the ridiculous journey.
And last but not least.... Laura Bell. You make life easier and I couldn't ask for anyone better to make this dream come true. You are my sister, my fellow ornament bandit, my confidant, my best friend. I'm eternally grateful for you. I love you!
