A true outdoor oasis!
The custom outdoor living room was just the tip of the iceberg for this home’s renovation. A completely new exterior wall of the house (featuring that stunning back door that mimics the new front door!), a brand new deck, refinishing the pool, new decor, and more! Think you know Kim? We asked her to describe herself in her own words:

- I have a great hubs of 20 years, Brent. We have 2 girls (Ellen & Sadie Louise) and 2 dogs: Theo and Sheriff Brown Dog.

- I am from a Military family and had 32 addresses throughout my life, but I call Sumter, SC my home town.

- My favorite design style is Modern Mid-Century Modern, LOL.

- One thing that makes me good at design is my creative spatial sense. I think in pictures and visions, which allows me to think outside the box’s box. I am strong in staging and problem solving…aka managing Brit. LOL. Kidding.

- I drink a lot of iced tea, require office dark chocolate be in ready supply, and can often be found telling Brit "No, that’s too expensive”.

- I color outside the lines, prefer forgiveness to permission, and always leave the directions for a last resort.

Ornate tiles have a way of evoking a sense of luxury and artistry, plus, the durability of tile makes it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas.
