Thursday flowers are here! 🌸

This week’s drop brought peachy pinks and a little sunshine to Clink!, then deep purples and rich pinks to The Cozy Taberna. Two lovely spots, two different moods, and a fresh floral touch for the week ahead.

A contemporary take on classic elegance 🤍 White calla lilies, anthurium, and orchids paired with cascading green amaranth brought a graceful, modern feel to Riley’s wedding flowers.

It was a true pleasure and honor to create these blooms for such a beautiful celebration. Congratulations to you both, wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness in the life you’re building together. ✨

Our dahlias are finally having their moment! 🌸

We planted later than we planned this year, so it’s been extra exciting to head out and cut these beautiful blooms.

Now we’re keeping track of the varieties we love most so we can grow even more next year and get them in earlier for a longer season of dahlia magic.

Here in Oregon’s Zone 8b, dahlias reward us with a gorgeous late-season show, right up until frost. They grow from tubers, and once they’re happily growing, regular cutting encourages even more blooms.

Which variety is your favorite? 💐

Our late-season experiment is officially sprouting! 🌱🌻

About a week ago, we took a little gamble and seeded Cupcake zinnias and ProCut sunflowers in peach, orange, red, and plum and they’re already popping up!

We know we’re cutting it close this late in the season, but both zinnias and sunflowers are quick to germinate and relatively fast from seed to bloom. Sunflowers can flower in about 50–60 days, with zinnias around 60–70 days.

So now we nurture these little seedlings and hope Mother Nature gives us a beautiful, warm October. 🤞🏼🍂🌸 Here’s to squeezing every last bloom we can out of the season!

There’s just something about blue. 💙

It has always been my favorite color…calming, peaceful, and somehow exactly what I need when life feels a little busy.

And these blue hydrangeas? Pure summertime beauty. ✨
I love this time of year when hydrangeas are full, lush, and showing off in the garden. A simple vase overflowing with them feels like bringing a little bit of that summer calm inside.

Sometimes the prettiest things really are the simplest. 💙
