Another Park Hill ranch is back in fighting shape. 🏠
When we rolled up to this single-story brick home in Denver, the old asphalt roof was telling the story Colorado roofs eventually tell —hail bruises, lifted edges, and bald spots where the granules used to be.
So we did it the right way, not the fast way.
Full tear-off. Every shingle, every nail, every scrap of the old roof pulled off and hauled away. Down to the original wood decking.
Then we actually looked at what was under there. Sheathing inspected foot by foot. Any soft spots or rot flagged before anything new went down. Deck cleaned and prepped so the new system had a sound surface to bond to.
The homeowner chose Owens Corning Duration Storm in Onyx Black — one of the few asphalt shingles with a true Class 4 impact rating. It's built to take Colorado hail, it looks sharp on brick, and in most cases it earns the homeowner a hail-resistant discount on their insurance.
Clean lines. Deep color. 10-year workmanship warranty. One more Denver home protected for whatever next spring's storm season decides to throw at us.
👉 Question for the homeowners in the comments: when was the last time anyone actually looked at your roof? Not a sales pitch — just an honest ask. If it's been more than a couple of years (or a couple of hailstorms), tell us where you're at, and we'll point you in the right direction.
