High-Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Description: Fluffy, low-carb pancakes powered with protein.
Ingredients (2 servings):
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
½ cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Cook pancakes on greased skillet 2–3 minutes per side.
