Behind the Pinterest board.

A beautiful space starts with a need, a feeling, a material, a detail we cannot stop thinking about.

The magic is in taking all of those ideas and turning them into a home that feels cohesive, personal, and completely livable.

For our Austin and Hill Country interior design projects, every element is thoughtfully considered, from the overall palette to the smallest finish, so the final space feels collected rather than simply decorated. 🤎

A few of our favorite material vendors.😉

When we are sourcing for a project, we have a few places we know we can always count on. tilebar for tile of course, Arhaus for an incredible range of pieces, fabrics, customer service, and Sixpenny for custom sofas and furniture that is expertly designed and liveable.

Save this one for your next project and tell us which vendor you want us to share next.

I mean… it depends on what beautiful means to you. ✨

For us, it’s the details coming together. The samples, the floor plans, the finishes, and all the little decisions that don’t always look like much on their own, but somehow become magic when they all come together.

That’s the beauty of a thoughtfully designed home. Every detail has a purpose, and every decision contributes to the way the finished space feels.

Trust the process. The gallery will make sense eventually. 🤎

Step inside our Spicewood project’s kitchen renovation, a study in bold statement cabinets, warmth, and timeless Hill Country design.

Deep green cabinetry brings the drama. Light woods keep the space feeling warm and inviting. Brass hardware adds a little polish, while bright walls keep everything feeling fresh and effortless. And the dry bar? One of those thoughtful details that makes a kitchen feel designed for real life.

It’s a balance we love at Sloan Hollace Hill Country Interiors: sophisticated without feeling precious, timeless without feeling expected, and beautiful enough to admire while still being made to live in.

Apparently, this is our idea of fun. 🤎✨

Give us a beautiful space, a good project, and a million design details to obsess over and we’re happy.

From sourcing and styling to custom cabinetry and the little details that make a home feel just right, this is what fun looks like around here. 🏡

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Kinda chic? It’s designing a home with a little more intention and a lot more personality.

It’s choosing pieces with a past, supporting local artists, and letting your home collect the stories of the people who live there. It’s knowing when to shop secondhand, when to invest in something custom, and when to choose timeless over trendy.

It’s creating spaces that feel just as good as they look. Homes that feel collected rather than decorated. Homes that reflect your life, your taste, and the people you’ve shared the journey with.

And maybe it’s the best part of all: following a dream with your friend and building something beautiful along the way. 🤎

That’s kinda chic to us.
