Buttery Soft Pull-Apart Dinner Rolls 🍞🧈

Ingredients:

Flour
Sugar
Yeast
Warm milk
Butter
Eggs
Salt

Instructions:

Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar. Let it activate.
Add flour, salt, eggs, and butter, kneading until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rise, then shape into rolls.
Allow rolls to rise again before baking.
Brush with melted butter after baking.

Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf 🥩🧀🍞

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the topping:

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onions, green bell peppers, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle the top of the meatloaf with provolone cheese, green bell peppers, and onions.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Oh MY! These look and sound AMAZING!
Pineapple Bliss Bars 🍍
Treat yourself to the heavenly taste of these delicious tangy pineapple and creamy filling bars on a buttery crust!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix drained crushed pineapple, sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
5. Pour the pineapple mixture over the baked crust. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until set.
6. Cool completely in the dish on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Cut into bars.

Caramel Crispix‼️

Ingredients
2 small boxes of Crispix Cereal
2 cups of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
½ cup Light Karo syrup
½ tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Baking Soda

Instructions
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Add Karo syrup, vanilla and baking soda. Put the cereal in a large bowl then pour mixture over the cereal

The original recipe calls for:
Crust
1 can of Condensed milk
1 tub of cool whip.
1 packet of koolaid.

*I do believe that jello mix would work well too*

I would imagine something like this because this is how I make my cheesecake:

Graham cracker crust
1 tub of cool whip
1 package of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 package of kool-aid

If you want just plain cheesecake, then instead of a packet of koolaid, do a teaspoon of vanilla.

Blend the ingredients and pour into the crust. Chill in the fridge. Done.

Pickled Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Cucumbers
Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. Thinly slice the red onion and cucumber.
2. Make the pickling liquid: In a small saucepan, combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.
3. Pour the pickling liquid over the vegetables: Place the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber in a jar or container. Pour the hot pickling liquid over the vegetables, making sure they are completely covered.

Old Fashion Chocolate Pie Recipe 🥧

1 cup sugar
6 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Mix well in a sauce pan and set aside.

In a bowl separate and add 2 egg yolks and save egg whites in another bowl for later. Mix and beat eggs with 2 1/2 cups milk. Add to sauce pan. Also add 4 tbsp butter. Stir it up till well mixed.

Turn heat on medium and mix with a wire whisk till starts to boil and thicken. When it gets to pudding consistent remove from heat and cool for a bit. Add 1 tsp vanilla and mix into pudding. Add to pie crust.

Meringue.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take egg whites from pudding recipe and add one more egg white to it (3 total) in large bowl. Add 1 tbsp corn starch and 1/4 tsp cream of tarter. Mix at high speed until soft peaks form.

Add 6 tbsp of sugar, one at a time and mixing well after each addition. Spoon onto pie letting meringue touch crust to prevent shrinking. Cook in oven till meringue turns golden brown.

Easy Baked Meatballs 😋😋
Ingredients :
1 lb lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup panko or bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
Directions :
To make clean up easier....I line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
These make incredible meatball subs...just add some spaghetti sauce over them on a sub roll...top with some shredded mozzarella chesse and toast them in the oven until the cheese is melted....YUM!

Strawberry Lemon Blondies
INGREDIENTS
blondies
1 cup (2 sticks or 228 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup (164 grams) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/4 cup (55 grams) fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 1/4 cups (306 grams) all purpose flour (use the fluff/scoop/level method for measuring)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (127 grams) diced fresh strawberries
glaze
1 cup (112 grams) unsifted weight powdered sugar, sifted
1 Tbsp strawberry puree
2 large strawberries
lemon juice about 1 Tbsp, or just enough to thin the glaze to a spreadable consistency
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
Line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper with long edges. This will help you lift out the blondies for easy glazing and slicing later.
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg.
When the egg is fully incorporated, beat in the lemon juice. The lemon juice will probably not completely incorporate at this point, that's ok.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, and add to the wet ingredients, mixing until no more dry flour is present.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries. Spread the mixture into your pan and spread out as evenly as possible. The dough is thick, so take your time.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, just until starting to turn golden around the edges and the center is set. A toothpick inserted in the center will be moist but not wet. Don't over-bake these, or they will dry out. Let cool on a rack.
Trim the strawberries for the glaze and puree in a small food processor. Strain the puree through a small strainer to get 1 Tbsp of puree. Whisk together the sugar, puree, and lemon juice until no lumps remain. If your glaze is too thin, add a touch more sugar. If it's too thick, add more lemon juice.
Spread the glaze over the cooled blondies. Let the glaze set before slicing.

Old Fashioned Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
6 oz. can skinless/boneless pink salmon, drained
2 T. diced onion
good pinch each of salt and pepper
1 large egg
1 T. buttermilk
2 T. cornmeal
4 T. all purpose flour
Veg. oil for frying
How to make it :
In a bowl, combine the salmon, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in the egg, buttermilk, cornmeal and flour. Combine well. Heat about 1/4″ oil in the bottom of a med. size iron skillet over med. high heat. Drop spoonfuls of the salmon mixture into the hot oil and flatten out just a tad. Fry, in batches, about a minute per side or until golden brown. Drain on a paper sack or paper towel lined plate. Makes 10 patties.

Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites
Ingredients
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towel, cut into 1-inch pieces
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• ½ teaspoon dried basil
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• ½ medium lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over all sides of the chicken pieces. Toss to evenly coat.
2. In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter. Tilt the pan slightly to coat the base of the pan.
3. Once melted, add chicken to the pan in an even layer to ensure even cooking. (Do not overcrowd the pan.) Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until all sides are golden brown and the chicken is mostly cooked through.
4. Add the remaining butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook one more minute, or until fragrant, and the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
5. Drizzle lemon juice over chicken and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
