Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf 🥩🧀🍞
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the topping:
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onions, green bell peppers, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle the top of the meatloaf with provolone cheese, green bell peppers, and onions.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
