I wanted to share a bit about how to protect yourself against bad contractors… there are many out there in your neighborhoods. Please take the time to read, and safe guard yourself against them. With Austin growing so fast it is easy to get caught up in a bum deal. I have been a victim of it too. I have unfortunately had one too many clients have to deal with poor workmanship, elevated cost, timelines never being met, and materials stolen or missing all together. Please read, and call me if you have concerns about any local contractors you are interviewing or working with currently.
