The weather is heating up which means it’s time to fire up the grill! 🔥

These Hawaiian beef kabobs are the perfect mix of sweet and heat and couldn’t be easier to pull together on a busy weeknight.

Ingredients:
- Cubed Steak or Beef Sirloin Tips
- ¼ cup of Teriyaki sauce
- ½ of a fresh pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
- ½ of a red onion, cut into bite size pieces  
- 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, for spice
- 4 BBQ skewers
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

1. Season the meat with the brown sugar, ginger, cayenne, salt and pepper.
2. Add them to skewers with red onion and fresh pineapple.
3. Grill and glaze with teriyaki
4. Enjoy!

Arayes are the perfect meal to add a kick of spice to your dinner table!

Start with high quality ground beef from like this Ultra-Premium Ground Beef from , it’s premium beef that is aged at least 28-days, then double-ground. Then load it with spices, stuff it in a pita, and fry it up!

1 pound Omaha Steaks Ground Beef
3 Small pitas, sliced in half
1 Sweet onion, grated
6 Garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup fresh parsley
1 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp za’atar

- Mix together the beef, onion, garlic, herbs, and spices.
- Fill the pita pockets.
- Sear meat-side down in oil, then sear each side of the pita.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
- Dip in tzatziki, hummus, or tahini and enjoy!
