Earliest Memories Nursery Consultancy It's more than a room, it's a first memory. Do you remember your first bedroom as a child? I do and I have great memories of it. It was a wonderful first bedroom.

I had this amazing room with two big windows that filled the space with tons of natural light, soft pink and off-white floral wallpaper (of course, it was the 80’s), thick, plush white carpet and this gorgeous wrought iron bed - which I still have to this day. I absolutely loved curling up in my giant bed with the softest pillows and comforter snuggled in around me. But, the one thing I remember m

ost is this dark pink upholstered rocking chair that had a very specific meditative squeak to it. And every time my mom would rock me in this chair, she’d repeat “eeeeeh - ahhhhh” mimicking the chair. And, I guarantee to this day, if I were to crawl in her lap (even at 29 years old) she’d still do the exact same thing. That’s my memory of my first bedroom. What will your child’s be?
