Escorial Condominiums sits right in the heart of Clarksville, and this corner unit is full of the charm that makes the neighborhood special. Big windows, an open living and dining layout, and two spacious bedrooms gave us plenty to work with.
Our goal was to show buyers what we saw: a light-filled home with room to live and old Austin character to spare.

The sliding glass and iron doors are the first thing you notice walking in, framing the patio and pulling your eye straight through to the Hill Country canyon views beyond.

Staging this custom build meant giving buyers a clear sightline from the entry to the landscape. We grounded the interiors in warm textures and elevated furnishings, letting the architecture lead.
