We’re thrilled to share with you the two projects we submitted for the LIA Perspectivas '24: the Iglesia Pentecostal and the Mediterranean Oasis! ✨

🌟 Excited to share our project, Iglesia Pentecostal, originally a laundromat, this 4,218 sq ft building transformed into a vibrant worship center thanks to the collective effort of the Hispanic community. With volunteer labor and fundraising events,
the space was reimagined to be modern and flexible, catering to the needs of a growing congregation. The renovations not only enhance functionality but also reflect the spirit and dedication of the parishioners who built it together.
🌊 Meanwhile, the Mediterranean
Oasis project is an innovative design that began with a vision from enthusiastic developers wanting to create a unique and beautiful affordable homes in Austin, TX, using shipping containers. Inspired by the vibrant Hispanic colors of East Austin and Spanish Mediterranean style, we aimed to blend old-world charm with
modern design.
