Wanted some chocolate chip cookies, so I made some. So yummy 😋
Recipe 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts (Optional. If omitting, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. of all-purpose flour.)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Step 3
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely

THE BEST CHEESECAKE EVER.
Hartman's Steakhouse cheesecake.
First let me say, if you've had their cheesecake, you know it's crustless and was baked in a Bundt pan.
My granny, Betty Lou McDonald worked there over 40 years and made Mrs. Hartman's cheesecake often, especially during the holidays.
She swore you had grease and flour your bundt pan very well... Throughout the years, I've found that Baker's Joy baking spray works just fine and less mess and time.
When you do the eggs, do them one at a time.. She also swore by hand was the only way... But again... An electric hand mixer works great, as long as your cream cheese is room temp.. BIG REMINDER... THE FIRST 10-12 minutes is at a preheated 500° oven, and you MUST REMEMBER to turn it down to 200°.
So, here we go:
Hartman's Steakhouse cheesecake:
5 blocks Philadelphia cream cheese, room temp
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 Tablespoons SR flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract (or flavoring, do NOT use lemon juice)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream--USE LAST
Finally, Hartman's had crushed pineapple in theirs, personally, I don't use it but if you do it's the small CRUSHED AND DRAINED can.
Beat your cream cheese and sugar till smooth, add eggs and beat one at a time.
Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT heavy cream. Mix very well. Lastly add the heavy cream and stir gently until it's mixed in well.
Pour into your prepared Bundt pan. Tap your pan carefully on the counter top to let some of the air bubbles escape.
Bake, 500° for 10-12 minutes.
IMMEDIATELY turn oven down to 200°and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Let cool a good couple of hours before flipping onto your plate. But don't let it get completely cold or it may break coming out.
I like strawberry sauce on mine.
Hartman's was a very famous, very lucrative restaurant in Durham, NC
Edit.. I've gotten lots of msgs regarding refrigeration.. PLEASE put it in the frig, as it will mold if left out. When we made it during Christmas in the South, if it got below 40° it was fine hanging out in the garage in a covered cake plate. Who has room in the frig during Christmas!?

Extra Crispy Fried Chicken Wings YAY OR NAY!🔥🔥
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings, split
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Crispy Coating:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp baking powder
For Frying:
Oil, for deep frying
Optional: hot sauce or honey for serving
Instructions:
Prep the Wings:
Place wings in a bowl. Add buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.
Mix well, cover, and marinate at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
Make the Crispy Coating:
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder.
Dredge the Wings:
Remove wings from marinade and let excess drip off.
Toss wings in the flour mixture, pressing the coating on well.
For extra crispiness: dip the coated wings back into the buttermilk, then into the flour again (double dredge).
Fry the Wings:
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry wings 10–12 minutes until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.
Place on a wire rack (not paper towels) to keep them crunchy.
Serve:
Serve hot as-is or toss in your favorite sauce—honey garlic, buffalo, lemon pepper, or BBQ.

Deviled Egg Potato Salad SMASH OR PASS!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients:
For the Potato Salad:
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
½ cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup onion, finely diced (optional)
2 tbsp sweet relish
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Deviled Egg Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for depth)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1–2 tsp sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Cook the Potatoes:
Place diced potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt.
Boil 10–12 minutes, or until fork tender.
Drain and let cool completely.
Make the Dressing:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Combine the Salad:
In a large bowl, add cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, onion, and relish.
Pour the deviled egg dressing over the top.
Gently fold until everything is coated evenly.
Chill:
Refrigerate at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
Serve:
Sprinkle with extra paprika and chopped egg (optional).
Serve cold with BBQ, sandwiches, or holiday meals.

Skillet Sausage and Peppers 🤤🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients:
For the Skillet:
1 lb smoked sausage or Italian sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2–3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
For Serving (Optional):
Cooked rice
Hoagie rolls
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook the Sausage:
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides.
Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies:
Add remaining oil to the skillet.
Add onions and peppers.
Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
Cook 6–8 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.
Add Garlic & Combine:
Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add sausage back to the skillet and mix well.
Cook 2–3 more minutes to blend flavors.
Serve:
Serve over rice, stuffed in a roll, or enjoy straight from the skillet.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Roasted Lamb Chops with Potatoes and Onions YAY OR NAY!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients:
For the Lamb Chops:
12–16 lamb chops
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the Potatoes & Onions:
4–5 medium potatoes, sliced or diced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Prep the Lamb:
Place lamb chops in a bowl.
Add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, oregano, and chili flakes.
Mix well to coat. Let marinate 20–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Prep the Potatoes & Onions:
In a baking dish, add potatoes and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Toss to coat evenly.
Assemble & Roast:
Place seasoned lamb chops on top of the potatoes and onions.
Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30–40 minutes, flipping lamb halfway through.
Cook until potatoes are tender and lamb reaches desired doneness.
Broil (Optional):
Broil the top for 2–3 minutes to crisp the edges of the lamb and potatoes.
Serve:
Squeeze fresh lemon over the lamb, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with the roasted potatoes and onions.

Italian Sausage Spaghetti 🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients
For the Sausage & Sauce:
1 lb Italian sausage links, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1–2 tbsp butter (optional for richness)
For the Pasta:
12 oz spaghetti
Salt (for boiling)
For Serving:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti
Boil water with salt.
Cook spaghetti until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Sausage
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage and sear until browned on all sides.
Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
In the same pan, add onions and sauté until soft.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 8–10 minutes.
Stir in butter (optional) for a silky sauce.
4. Combine
Add the cooked sausage back into the sauce.
Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until the pasta is well-coated.
5. Serve

Oven Baked Pork Chops Lovers🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients
4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
Optional: sliced onions or potatoes for the pan
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Heat your oven to 400°F / 200°C.
2. Season the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
Rub seasoning on both sides of the pork chops.
3. Sear for Extra Flavor (optional but recommended)
Heat a skillet on medium-high.
Sear pork chops 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
4. Bake
Place chops in a baking dish.
Add chicken broth and butter to the bottom of the dish.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
Pork chops should reach an internal temp of 145°F / 63°C.
5. Rest and Serve
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
Spoon the buttery broth over the top before serving.

Garlic Shrimp Potatoes YAY OR NAY!🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients
For the Potatoes:
4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
For Serving:
Extra lemon wedges
Parsley or green onions
Instructions
1. Roast the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the Garlic Shrimp
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Remove from heat.
3. Combine & Serve
Add roasted potatoes to a plate.
Top with garlic shrimp and spoon some buttery sauce over everything.
Garnish with parsley and lemon.
