Herb harvest! Sage, rosemary, sweet annie, catnip, lavender, and yarrow. Also some eucalyptus. I know it’s too soon for the “C” word but sweet annie smells like Christmas! I’ll be using these organic ingredients to make catnip packs, smudge sticks, and simmer pot jars for fall goodies at the Bloom Saloon.

Thank you for following along! We sold out of bouquets two days in a row this weekend and I’m so thankful for this community. Literally wouldn’t be doing this without you all supporting in all the ways you do!

Some photos from this season so far at the Bloom Saloon. I love seeing her fully stocked with fresh blooms but also looking forward to making dried floral pumpkins and dried flower bouquets in the fall. Currently drying loads of blooms!

Lucky is our head turkey Tom, he loves to watch over the flock of chickens and is almost always nearby their coop. It’s magical that they dance. What a privilege to witness the beauty of nature.

I visited Olde Silo Farm - Berries in Conesus and what a treat! I was so smitten with the flowers I forgot to take some photos of all the berry bushes (there are a lot!). Such a peaceful and well loved property. Give them a follow to stay tuned when their u-pick is back open with red raspberries very soon! They grow berries of all kinds throughout the season and are currently open by appointment for upick flowers and rhubarb until the berries really take off again. 🌻🌻🌻

A wild jar of cosmos from our farm with some gorgeous dahlia blooms from Flowerwell! I grow a few dahlias myself, but not nearly enough to get my seasonal fix! Dahlias will be sneaking into your bouquets here and there at the Bloom Saloon. While they have a shorter vase life than other flowers I hope you enjoy them just the same.

Not a single person has ever honked at me while zipping by as I’m outside taking photos and I love that for me. I live in a nice community! Where I’m originally from in the Wild West of Reno NV there would be honks, yelling, and possibly soda thrown out the window. 😂

Today’s bouquets are extra full and juicy, they make me want a fresh peach picked from my own backyard peach orchard… which I do not have. Just a feeling!

Open daily until 8pm at 2195 Bronson Hill Rd in Avon.

Also at the stand: local honey from Swarming Orchard Apiaries , local made soaps, and blind date in a books from Shelf Indulgence Book’s !

Had the pleasure of visiting with my flower friend Sarah yesterday at her place, Bluebird Hill Flower Farm , and picked up a couple buckets of blooms for bouquets of course! These Coco Loco marigolds are insanely vibrant. Huge fluffy heads too! Check out her beautiful pink Lisianthus patch she’s using for wedding flowers this week… stunning! She has a weekend flower stand in North Chili for those who are around there, check it out! 🌸

So thankful to make new friends on this flower journey!
