I have to share the most amazing customer service encounter I have had in a while.
My Bissell Steam Cleaner broke a few days ago. I called Bissell on Monday, to see about getting a hose to repair the machine. There was no replacement hose for this particular machine so today I received a brand new steam cleaner from Bissell.
It was under warranty but I did not have to show them any documentation or argue in any way.
THANKS Bissell for being such a great company.

If you ask any Carpet Direct Sales Consultant what one of the biggest hurdles and myths that they have to overcome with the public....It is the myth that you have to spend a ton of money to get a high quality carpet. False!!!!!
I am sharing this picture today as a personal testimonial to busting that myth.
We live in the mountains with two adorable but nasty little bulldogs. They drool and do all kind of terrible things to our carpet everyday. We have pine pollen, mud, road dirt and whatever else mother nature can throw at us. We also have 4 grown kids, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and they all believe their pets are also part of our family.
