Josiah's Antiques and Treasures

Josiah's Antiques and Treasures I sell antiques, collectables, comics, and pop culture toys!! Literally something for everyone!! I also offer clock and watch repair.

Always buying comics, vintage toys, and antiques Founded in 2020, Josiah's Antiques and Treasures, is a hybrid store. It includes fine art, fine antique furniture, amazing antique clocks, and many other antique items. The other side of the store is made up of amazing pop culture toys. I wanted to include these in my shop because i grew up in the 90s, considered the best age for pop culture cartoons and toys. I have transformers, video games, ninja turtles, GI Joe, anime, star wars, comics, marvel, batman, reboot, tailspin, and so much more. You wont find another shop like this in Dyersville or surrounding.

✨ FEATURED ARTWORK DAY! ✨

Looking for a unique piece of wall art with incredible character?

Did you know this striking mid-century style wall hanging is created using batik—a traditional wax-resist dyeing technique where hot wax is painted onto fabric before applying dyes to create intricate, crackled patterns?

This piece is created and signed by artist Sara Saar (with her name featured in both English and Hebrew above it). Known for her mid-century Israeli batik work, Saar frequently drew inspiration from biblical themes, ancient folklore, and traditional celebrations, capturing rich cultural stories in vivid detail.

Stop in, enjoy the weather, and come check out all the unique artwork and hidden gems waiting in the shop today! 🎨

☀️ BEAUTIFUL WEATHER FOR A STROLL! 👒

It’s an absolutely gorgeous day out, perfect weather to enjoy a walk downtown!

Did you know that Bradley & Hubbard, who made the ornate cast metal match holder on our floor today, started out in the 1850s and became famous for creating some of the most sought-after Victorian brass and iron decorative pieces in American history? Their detailed casting work made everyday household items feel like miniature works of art.

Whether you're looking to admire classic metalwork, check out vintage hats, or hunt for somethingspecial, it’s a great day to pop in and explore.
