Ingredients
12 egg roll wrappers
1 cup cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Place 2 tablespoons of the sweet cream filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper, followed by a spoonful of cherry pie filling.
Fold and roll the egg rolls tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.

1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.

Directions

1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, divided
½ cup water
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, beaten egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the cream of mushroom soup. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining half of the cream of mushroom soup with ½ cup of water until smooth. Pour this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.

2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the meatloaf layer: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake the meatloaf layer: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced flank steak with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak and set aside.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan.

Directions
In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and the egg. Mix until a dough forms.
