All the guys had questions! I did a surprise stop at a job site only to find out all 3 of my technicians on site had questions!

Question #2 he was stuck not knowing how to get around an existing light fixture. One quick look and discussion unlocked the answer and bam took 5 minutes. Even when I’m not in the field I video chat with my technicians every single day. Be an accessible leader to build better team moral and better production in the field.

Are you free for your team or do you ignore them all day?

Question #1 he was stuck all morning on something I found extremely simple, easy correction. But thats for me, it wasn’t for him! Let this be a reminder that I know we are all taught to stay in the office but if you never go out and meet them team on site how will you help them improve in ways that can’t be recreated in the classroom?

The biggest flex any business owner can actually have is that all of their guys go home safe at the end of every shift

I hate that in the Christmas industry. There’s so many new guys side hustlers bragging about being stupid up on roofs or making fun of somebody else because they use a boom instead of doing daring acrobats to put up a light.

Stay safe. Now go make some money.

What are you willing to do to show your passion?

I’ve been telling my guys to post more, no outtakes just go. I decided to show them to let all your guards down and let your clients know the real you, good, bad, ugly.

I hesitated posting this. I’m no singer but this is me. I’m excited and I love Christmas!

It can be so easy for all of us to hear things that weren’t actually said. This is one of the big reasons I love to do a video going over exactly what was agreed upon for my Landscape Lighting portraits so that there is no confusion on my side or the client side because at the end of the day, we all wanted to be a win win win for everybody all around. Have you ever had confusion with your clients?

If you’re scared of talking on video its time to get over it.

People buy from people, not businesses. The more people that know you, the more people that can consider you if you provide a service they need or want now and in the future.

Making videos is like anything else. You get better and they get easier after you put the reps in.

You’re a fraud if you don’t have a wrapped vehicle for your home services business!

Well maybe not but why take the risk of people thinking you are just a chuck in the truck. Today I chatted with someone about truck wraps and how it is more than just for lead generation but also to help client’s see you professionailism from the moment you arrive, that you are all in on your business and a serious professional who is planning on staying in business for years to come.
