There are moments in my career when I’m reminded that what I do is about so much more than creating beautiful photographs.
It’s about trust.
When someone invites me into their life to document a growing belly, the anticipation of becoming a mother, or those first tender days with a newborn, I never take that invitation lightly.
These are incredibly intimate chapters. Moments filled with vulnerability, emotion, uncertainty, overwhelming love, and so much change.
And somehow, in the middle of all of that, someone chooses me.
What an extraordinary privilege.
What makes this work even more meaningful are the relationships that grow from it. Clients who begin as strangers and somehow become people I genuinely care about.
I hope the photographs are treasured forever. But I also hope every person I photograph feels how deeply honored I am to have been trusted with their story.
