⚠️ There’s a gold scam going around that people should know about:
People are being told their bank account, computer, or identity has been compromised. They’re then told to take money out of the bank, buy gold, and hand it to someone for “safekeeping.”
The scammers tell people not to tell anyone what’s going on and even coach them on what to say if they’re asked why they’re buying gold.
No legitimate bank, government agency, or technology company will ever tell you to buy gold and hand it over to a stranger.
Please share this with your parents, grandparents, older relatives, or anyone else you think should see it. The more people who know about these scams, the harder they are to pull off.
