We recently completed this full reupholstery, transforming this wingback chair with a beautiful floral fabric while carefully maintaining the details and character of the original piece. Well… this is a new one. 😂

After more than 30 years in the upholstery business, you’d think we’d seen just about everything come through the doors at Danny’s Quality Upholstery.

Cars? ✅
Boats? ✅
Furniture? ✅
Motorcycles? ✅
Commercial work? ✅
Whatever the heck this is? Apparently, also ✅ 😂

One of the things we love about upholstery is that no two days are quite the same. Sometimes you’re working on a beautiful antique chair, sometimes a custom boat interior… and sometimes you find yourself stretching leather over something that looks like it belongs in a museum, a Western movie, or possibly a medieval torture chamber. 🤠😂

Whatever walks—or gets carried—through the door, DQU is always up for an interesting challenge!

There’s something special about bringing an older boat back to life.

This Tige V20 received a complete interior makeover with all-new custom marine upholstery and custom GatorStep marine flooring, and we’re grateful the owner trusted our team to bring their vision to life.

Our goal is never to be the biggest shop—it’s simply to do quality work we’re proud to put our name on. Every pattern, seam, and piece of GatorStep was carefully designed and installed to give this boat a clean, timeless look that’s ready for many more summers on the water.

A big thank you to our customer for the opportunity and to our incredible team for the attention to detail they bring to every project.

☀️ Hot day. Cool results. 🌊

Even with the Virginia heat trying its best to slow us down, our team knocked this one out of the park! 💪

We just wrapped up this 30’ Intrepid Center Console for Anchor Boat Works in Virginia Beach, featuring:
✅ Brand-new custom marine upholstery
✅ Premium GatorStep Marine Decking
✅ A clean, timeless design built to handle years of life on the water

The crisp white upholstery paired with the faux teak GatorStep gives this boat a sharp, high-end look while providing the comfort, durability, and non-slip performance every boater appreciates.

🐭 Think you’ve got a mouse… or a tiny demolition crew? 🐭

This little guy didn’t just move into this vehicle… he signed a lease, remodeled the place. They left the owner with airbag lights, cut wires and a smell 👃 🤦‍♂️

What looked like a simple problem turned into replacing:
The headliner
The passenger-side airbag
Cleaning and repairing the A & B pillars
🐭 Plus plenty of “mouse housekeeping” 🧹🤢

Mice don’t care if your vehicle is brand new or a classic. If it’s sitting for a while, especially during cooler months, it can quickly become their dream home.

🚗 A few tips to help keep them out:
• Check under the hood and inside your vehicle regularly.
• Remove food and pet treats.
• If storing your vehicle, inspect it often instead of letting it sit for months.

If the furry freeloaders have already moved in and turned your interior into their personal apartment complex, don’t panic—we can help restore it.
